Grant County Detectives have made an arrest in the case of a Moses Lake man found shot on the side of a rural road. The Sheriff’s Department is still looking for two additional people in connection with the shooting.

Dale Olmos, 28, remains in critical condition after he was found on Wednesday morning with a gunshot wound to the head on the side of Road 5 NE. Detectives now believe he was shot over a stolen cell phone.

Jordan Wiester, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder with premeditation and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Detectives are also seeking two others in connection with the shooting. Jose Rivera, 16, also known as “Kriminal, is wanted for attempted first-degree. Rivera is a juvenile, but detectives are releasing his names because they feel is a threat to public safety. He is hispanic, and is 5’8” tall and weighs 200 pounds. Rivera has black hair and blue eyes.

Detectives are looking for Gilbert Williamson as a person of interest in the case. Williamson is 46, 6’0” tall, and is weighs 220 pounds. He has hazel eyes and short brown hair.
