Detectives investigating apparent homicide near Mattawa | Crime

Grant County Detectives are investigating an apparent homicide near the 22000 block of Road 26 SW, approximately 3 miles southwest of the city limits of Mattawa.

According to Grant County, a hunter found a body north of a fish and wild life access area, which services the Columbia River.

The circumstances surrounding the homicide and the victim are still under investigation and will be released at a later time.
