It's time to take your secret barbecue recipe out of your backyard and to the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association sanctioned competition happening next month, September 24th. They're now accepting applications for teams to present their barbecue sauce over competition declared meats: pork butt, beef brisket, chicken, pork ribs, beef tri-tip, salmon, sausage or other (will be announced at a later date). Teams are not identified by their submission during the judging.
